This rustic yet refined approach brings an authentic sense of the West straight to your table. Our menu highlights a variety of wild game you’d expect to find in those wide-open landscapes, including rabbit, buffalo, and elk. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to honor traditional flavors while presenting them in a more elevated, contemporary style.
